Description
We are a personal injury firm with two attorneys and a paralegal. Our current secretary is retiring and we are seeking a replacement for her. We will have you answering the phones for incoming calls, ordering / drafting requests for medical records. As well as other related tasks around the office. The general requirements of an assistant / secretary in the legal field. You would be reimbursed for parking expenses.
Requirements
We are in-person / in the office 5 days a week. It is highly preferable that you live near the downtown area. We would prefer someone who is older and looking for a steady and long term position.
